Abstract
Diabetes Melitus adalah penyakit gangguan produksi insulin tidak cukup atau tubuh tidak dapat menggunakan insulin secara efektif sehingga kadar gula darah meningkat, dalam penatalaksanaan pengobatan diperlukan ketepatan minum obat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara Ketepatan Minum Obat dengan Kadar Gula dalam Darah pasien Diabetes Melitus di Puskesmas Wagir. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kolerasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling dengan kriteria eksklusi dan inklusi dan didapat sampel sebesar 25 responden. Variabel yang diteliti adalah ketepatan minum obat dan kadar gula dalam darah. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 52% responden memiliki ketepatan tinggi dan 42% ketepatan rendah, sedangkan 52% kadar gula tidak normal dan 42% normal. Hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh hasil ada hubungan ketepatan minum obat dan kadar gula dalam darah pasien Diabetes Melitus dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 (P < 0,05) yang menunjukkan nilai hasil signifikasi kurang dari 0,05. Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka perlu adanya ketepatan minum obat agar meminimalkan kenaikan kadar gula dalam darah yang dimiliki penderita diabetes melitus. Kata kunci: Diabetes Melitus, ketepatan minum obat, kadar gula dalam darah. ABSTRACT Diabetes is a chronic condition that occurs when the body cannot produce enough insulin or cannot use insulin so level of glucose in the blood increase, in the management of medication required the accuracy of taking medicine. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between management of medication with level of glucose in the blood of Diabetes Mellitus patient at Wagir Health Center. The design of this study used a correlation research design with Cross Sectional approach. The sample used is Accidental Sampling with exclusion and inclusion criteria and got sample of 25 respondents. The variables studied were the accuracy of medication and level of glucose in the blood. The statistical test used is Chi Square test with significance level 0,05. From the results of the study, 52% of respondents have high accuracy and 42% low accuracy, while 52% level of glucose are not normal and 42% normal. The result of statistical test showed that there was a correlation between the accuracy of medication and level of glucose in blood Diabetes Mellitus patient with significance level 0.000 (P <0,05) which showed significance value less than 0,05. Looking at the results of this study it is need to have the right management of take medication to minimize the increase in level of glucose in blood of diabetics.
