Abstract

ABSTRAK Gangguan jiwa merupakan gangguan secara psikologis atau perilaku yang terjadi pada seseorang, umumnya terkait dengan gangguan afektif, perilaku, kognitif dan perseptual.. Salah satu titik kritis dalam perawatan pasien gangguan jiwa adalah ketika pasien gangguan jiwa telah menjalani perawatan dan tinggal bersama keluarga di rumah. Pada masa ini peran keluarga dalam mencegah terjadinya kekambuhan gangguan jiwa sangat besar. Desain penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Populasi penelitian adalah 62 orang dan sampel yaitu 30 keluarga pasien gangguan jiwa di Desa Bandung Rejo kecamaatan Bantur, Waktu penelitian tanggal 10-11 juni 2019 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk menganalisa hubungan antara pengetahuan keluarga tentang kekambuhan gangguan jiwa dengan upaya pencegahan terjadinya kekambuhan menggunakan uji Lambda. Hasil uji statistic Lambda diperoleh hasil ada hubungan antara Pengetahuan keluarga tentang kekambuhan gangguan jiwa dengan upaya pencegahan terjadinya kekambuhan dengan p value = 0.035. Adapun faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan keluarga tentang kekambuhan gangguan jiwa dengan upaya pencegahan terjadinya kekambuhan adalah umur, jenis kelamin, dan pendidikan. Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka perlu adanya pendidikan kepada keluarga tentang upaya pencegahan terjadinya kekambuhan. Kata kunci : Gangguan jiwa, pengetahuan, perilaku, keluarga ABSTRACT Mental disorder is a psychological or behavioral disorder that occurs in a person, generally associated with affective, behavioral, cognitive and perceptual disorders. One of the critical points in the treatment of mental patients is when mental patients have undergone treatment and live with family at home. At this time the role of the family on preventing recurrence of mental disorders is very large. The research design of this study is correlational using a quantitative approach. The population of this study is 62 people and the study sample is 30 families of psychiatric patients in Bandungrejo village, Bantur sub-district. This study takes 2 days on june 10-11, 2019 doing purposive sampling technique. This study is a quantitative study which analyzes the relationship between family knowledge abaout the permanence of mental disorders and efforts to prevent recurrence using the Lambda test for data collection. The results of the Lambda statistical test showed that there was a correlation between family knowledge about relapse of mental disorders with efforts to prevent recurrence with p value = 0.035 . as for the factors that influence family knowledge about recurrence Mental disorders with efforts to prevent recurrence is age, gender, education. Looking at the results of this study, it is necessary to have education with families about the efforts to prevent recurrence. Keywords: mental disorders, knowledge, behavior, family
