Abstract
ABSTRAK Intensitas nyeri merupakan gambaran tentang seberapa parah nyeri dirasakan oleh individu. Nyeri persalinan menjadi lebih ringan seiring dengan makin sering dan efektifnya pengendalian nyeri interventif sehingga ikatan antara persalinan dan nyeri masih kuat. Cara mengatasinya yaitu dengan memberikan komunikasi terapeutik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nyeri pada persalinan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu bersalin kala I di Puskesmas Pujon, Kabupaten Malang sebayak 15 orang. Jumlah populasi yaitu 15 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 15 responden sebagian kecil komunikasi terapeutiknya baik yaitu 10 responden (10%) dan yang mengalami tidak nyeri 5 responden (3.3%). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji Chi-Square dengan diperoleh hasil niilai p value sebesar 0,049. Karena nila p value (0,049) < (0,05) maka Ho ditolak H1 diterima, yang artinya ada hubungan komunikasi terapeutik dengan intensitas nyeri pada persalinan kala I di puskesmas pujon kabupaten malang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan Komunikasi Terapeutik dengan Intensitas Nyeri pada persalinan kala I di Puskesmas Pujon Kabupaten Malang. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat membuat responden untuk beradaptasi dengan nyerinya pada persalinan kala I. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Terapeutik, dan Intensitas Nyeri ABSTRACT Pain intensity is a picture of how severe pain is felt by individuals. Labor pain becomes lighter as more frequent and effective interventive pain control so that the bond between labor and pain is still strong. The fix is by providing therapeutic communication. This study aims to determine pain in labor using a sampling technique that is total sampling. The sample in this study was all mothers giving birth at the first time in Pujon Health Center, Malang Regency as many as 15 people. The population is 15 respondents. The results showed that of the 15 respondents a small portion of therapeutic communication was good, 10 respondents (10%) and those who experienced no pain 5 respondents (3.3%). In this study using the Chi-Square test analysis obtained the value of p value of 0.049. Because indigo is p value (0.049) <(0.05), then Ho is rejected H1 is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between therapeutic communication and the intensity of pain in the first stage of labor in the pujon health center in Malang district. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between Therapeutic Communication and Pain Intensity at the first stage of labor in Pujon Health Center, Malang Regency.
