Abstract
ABSTRAK Bayi Berat lahir Rendah (BBLR) merupakan bayi yang lahir dengan berat badan kurang dari 2500 gram tanpa memandang masa kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi BBLR (Berat Badan Lahir Rendah) di Puskesmas Wagir Kec. Wagir Kab. Malang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki bayi BBLR. Teknik samplingnya adalah total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 47 reponden. Analisa data menggunakan univariate analisist. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar faktor ibu responden (62%) dilihat dari (umur ibu) beresiko mengalami BBLR sebanyak 28 ibu, sebagian besar responden (53,2%) dilihat dari (jarak kelahiran) tidak beresiko mengalami BBLR sebanyak 25 ibu, sebagian besar responden (51,1%) dilihat dari (anemia) beresiko mengalami BBLR sebanyak 24 ibu. Sebagian besar faktor janin responden (63,8%) dilihat dari (Kehamilan kembar) tidak beresiko mengalami BBLR sebanyak 30 orang dan sebagian besar responden (68,1%) dilihat dari (jenis kelamin) tidak beresiko mengalami BBLR sebanyak 32 orang. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan mengadakan kegiatan penyuluhan dan konseling kepada ibu hamil tentang faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi BBLR sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu. This study aims to describe the factors that influence LBW (Low Birth Weight) at Wagir Health Center, Kec. Wagir Kab. Malang The design of this study uses descriptive. The population in this study were all mothers who had LBW babies. The sampling technique is total sampling with a sample of 47 respondents. Data analysis using univariate analysts. The results showed that most of the factors of respondents (62%) seen from (mother's age) were 32 women at risk of having low birth weight, most respondents (53.2%) from 25 births at risk of birth, most of them respondents (51.1%) seen from (anemia) were at risk of having LBW as many as 24 mothers. Most of the respondents' fetal factors (63.8%) seen from (twin pregnancies) were not at risk of having LBW as many as 30 people and most of the respondents (68.1%) seen from (gender) were 32 people at risk of having low birth weight. It is hoped that health workers will hold counseling and counseling activities for pregnant women about factors that affect LBW so that they can improve maternal knowledge.
