Abstract
Menurut WHO (2018) penyakit Gagal Ginjal Kronis (GGK) termasuk 12 penyebab kematian umum di dunia, pada tahun 2010 sampai 2015 jumlahnya meningkat sekitar 31,7% dan penyakit GGK merupakan penyakit penyebab kematian nomer 18 pada tahun 2020. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan minum obat antihipertensi terhadap kualitas hidup pasien Hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit dr. Soepraoen Malang. Jenis dan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah descriptive cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel adalah 49 orang dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepatuhan Minum Obat antihipertensi jumlah 26 pasien (53,1%) kategori rendah, jumlah 14 pasien (14%) kategori sedang, jumlah 9 pasien (18,4%) kategori tinggi. Kualitas hidup di dengan jumlah 2 pasien (4,1%) kategori tinggi, jumlah 19 pasien (38,7%) kategori sedang dan jumlah 28 pasien (57,2%) kategori rendah. Kesimpulan adalah terdapat pengaruh kepatuhan minum obat terhadap kualitas hidup pasien dengan p value 0,00 < 0,05 sebesar 63,1%.
