Abstract
Latar Belakang : Salah satu upaya pencegahan penyakit, yaitu melalui pemberian imunisasi, pemahaman tentang imunisasi diperlukan sebagai dasar dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan terutama pada anak sehat dan konsep imunisasi pada saat merawat anak sakit, khususnya, difteri, pertusis, tetanus. Penyakit difteri, pertusis dan tetanus (DPT) merupakan penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Indonesia. Tujuan : Menganalisis perbedaan antara peningkatan suhu tubuh dan lama panas pasca imunisasi DPT pada bayi usia 2 – 6 bulan. Metode penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif analitik observasional dengan pendekatan potong lintang/ cross sectional. Populasi sasaran penelitian ini adalah bayi berusia 2-6 bulan yang mempunyai karakteristik tertentu yaitu pasca imunisasi DPT yang datang di Posyandu Cempaka Lesanpuro RW 03 Kecamatan kedungkandang Kota Malang yaitu sejumlah 19 responden. Analisa data menggunakan Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan PLS software dengan nilai kepercayaan p=0,05 Hasil : Analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara peningkatan suhu tubuh pasca imunisasi DPT I ( t hitung =2,270 ≥ t tabel = 1,96), DPT II ( t hitung = 2,826 ≥ t tabel = 1,96) dan DPT III ( t hitung = 4,056 ≥ t tabel = 1,96) serta terdapat perbedaan antara lama panas pasca imunisasi antara imunisasi DPT I (t hitung =0,831 ≤ t tabel =1,96) DPT II (t hitung =3,723 ≥ t tabel = 1,96) dan DPT III (t hitung =4,623 ≥ t tabel = 1,96) pada bayi usia 2 – 6 bulan. Saran : diharapkan Tenaga Kesehatan untuk meningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang manfaat imunisasi serta memberikan penjelasan tentang efek samping pasca Imunisasi. Comprehension about immunization is needed as a basic in nursing care espescially for healthy children and immunization concept when nursing sick children, focusing on diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus. Diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus disease (DPT) is one of contagious disease which still be health problem in Indonesia. Research method: this research is observational-analytical-qualitative research with cross sectional approachment. The object population of this research is 2-6 months old babies that have certain characteristics, which is 19 attendants post-DPT immunization in PosyanduCempakaLesanpuro RW 03 Kedungkandang District, Malang as a respondents.
