Abstract
ABSTRAK Lama menstruasi lebih dari normal adalah perdarahan menstruasi yang banyak dan lebih dari normal, yaitu lebih dari 7 hari. Dismenore merupakan keluhan ginekologis akibat ketidak seimbangan hormone progesterone dalam darah sehingga mengakibatkan timbulnya rasa nyeri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara lama menstruasi dengan kejadian dismenore primer. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional yang dianalisis secara retrospektif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner uji analisis data uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian hampir seluruhnya sebanyak 29 orang (91,0%) yang mengalami lama menstruasi panjang dan mengalami dismenore, sebagian kecil sebanyak 3 orang (9.0%) mengalami lama menstruasi panjang dan tidak mengalami dismenore, sebanyak 3 orang (28.0%) mengalami lama menstruasi normal dan mengalami dismenore, sebanyak 9 orang (82.0%) mengalami lama menstruasi normal dan tidak mengalami dismenore, sedangkan 6 orang (100%) mengalami lama menstruasi pendek dan tidak mengalami dismenore. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus chi-square dengan tingkat kesalahan 0.05. Hasil uji statistik di dapatkan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Karena nilai p value (0,00<0,05), maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu ada hubungan antara lama menstruasi dengan kejadian dismenore primer di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Malang. The results of the study were almost 29 people (91.0%) who experienced long periods of menstruation and dysmenorrhea, a small number of 3 people (9.0%) experienced long periods of menstruation and did not experience dysmenorrhea, as many as 3 people (28.0%) experienced long periods of menstruation normal and having dysmenorrhea, as many as 9 people (82.0%) experienced normal menstrual periods and did not experience dysmenorrhea, while 6 people (100%) experienced short periods of menstruation and did not experience dysmenorrhea. In this study using the chi-square formula with an error rate of 0.05. The statistical test results obtained a significance value of 0,000 (p <0.05). Because the value of p value (0.00 <0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between the duration of menstruation and the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in SMK Negeri 2 Kota Malang.
