Abstract

ABSTRAK Merokok merupakan suatu pemandangan yang sangat tidak asing. Kebiasaan merokok dianggap dapat memberikan kenikmatan bagi perokok, namun di lain pihak dapat menimbulkan dampak buruk bagi perokok sendiri maupun orang-orang disekitarnya. Perilaku merokok dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor sosial, faktor psikologi, faktor pengetahuan, faktor iklan dan faktor sarana yang mendukung. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku merokok pada anak usia 11-12 tahun di Wilayah RT 06 RW 02 Sukun Kota Malang. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif. Populasinya seluruh anak usia 11-12 tahun yang merokok di Wilayah RT 06 RW 02 Sukun Kota Malang. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik Nonprobability yaitu total sampling. Metode instrument kuisioner, hasil dianalisa dengan analisa univariat menggunakan prosentase dan frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku merokok pada anak usia 11-12 tahun di Wilayah RT 06 RW 02 Sukun kota Malang meliputi: faktor sosial yaitu 22 responden (88%) mempengaruhi perilaku merokok, faktor psikologi yaitu 17 responden (68%) mempengaruhi perilaku merokok, faktor pengetahuan yaitu 15 responden (60%) mempengaruhi perilaku merokok, faktor iklan yaitu 15 responden (60%) tidak mempengaruhi perilaku merokok, faktor sarana yang mendukung yaitu 16 responden (64%) tidak mempengaruhi perilaku merokok. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan warga dapat melakukan edukasi tentang pencegahan perilaku merokok pada anak usia 11-12 tahun. Kata kunci: Faktor-faktor, perilaku, merokok ABSTRACT Smoking is a really common view to be seen in public. The habit of smoking can give pleasure for smokers, but on the other side, smoking in public can cause bad impacts for smokers themselves as well as for people around them. This smoking behavior is influenced by a few factors such as social factor, psychology factor, knowledge factor, advertisement factor and the existence of supporting facilities factor. The purpose of this research is to get a rough idea of all the factors that may be influencing smoking at the age of 11-12 years old in the area of RT 06 RW 02 Sukun Kota Malang. The research design used is descriptive. The population is children around the age of 11-12 years old who smoke in the RT 06 RW 02 area Sukun kota malang. Sampling Technique used for this research is questionnare instrument,the result is analyzed with univariat analysis using percentage and frequency. The result of this research shows that a few factors which influence smoking habit on children aged 11-12 years old in RT 06 RW 02 sukun kota malang area include: social factor with 22 respondents [88%] influences smoking behavior, psychology factor with 17 respondents [68%] influences smoking behavior, knowledge factor with 15 respondents [60%] influences smoking behavior, advertisement factor with 15 respondents [60%] doesn't influence smoking behavior, supporting facilities factor with 16 respondents [64%] doesn't influence smoking behavior. From the result of this research hopefully people can educate others about ways to prevent the habit of smoking on children aged 11-12 years old Keywords: Factors, Behavior, Smoking.
