Abstract
ABSTRAK Penggunaan Kontrasepsi pada wanita memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Salah satu efek samping penggunaan KB Suntik 3 Bulan adalah Peningkatan tekanan darah. Peningkatan tekanan darah dapat menggunakan pengobatan yang alami dan mudah didapatkan dengan mengkonsumsi teh bunga rosella yang mengandung beberapa kandungan zat seperti gossypetin, glukosida,hibiscin, flavonoid, theflavin, katekin dan antosianin. Antosianin pada bunga rosella bertujuan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah terhadap peserta KB suntik 3 bulan yang mengalami kenaikan tekanan darah. Desain Penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest pottest design. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini 68 responden akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan yang mengalami kenaikan tekanan darah dan sampelnya 15 dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan Uji T-Test Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir seluruhnya sebanyak 15 responden (100%) mengalami kenaikan tekanan darah sebelum teh bunga rosella .hasil analisa data statistic dengan menggunakan Uji T-test dengan SPSS mengetahui pengaruh teh bunga rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa Linn) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada peserta KB suntik 3 bulan di PBM Saptarini kecamatan wagir kabupaten malang didapatkan niilai p-value (Asymp. Sig-tailed) sebesar 0,00 dimana kurang dari batas kritis penelitian 0,05 sehingga keputusan hipotesis menolak H0 menerima Hɑ yaitu terdapat pengaruh teh bunga rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa Linn) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada peserta KB suntik 3 bulan di PBM Saptarini kecamatan wagir kabupaten malang . One of the side effects of using a 3-month KB injection is an increase in blood pressure. Increased blood pressure can use a natural and easily obtained treatment by consuming rosella flower tea which contains several substances such as gossypetin, glucoside, hibiscin, flavonoids, theflavin, catechins and anthocyanins. Anthocyanin in the rosella flower aims to reduce blood pressure against 3-month injection KB participants who have increased blood pressure. This research design was pre-experimental with the design of one group pretest pottest design. The number of population in this study were 68 respondents of 3-month injectable KB acceptors who experienced an increase in blood pressure and a sample of 15 using purposive sampling. Analysis of data using T-Test Test The results showed that almost 15 respondents (100%) experienced an increase in blood pressure before rosella flower tea. The results of statistical data analysis using the T-test with SPSS to determine the effect of rosella flower tea (Hibiscus sabdariffa Linn) the reduction in blood pressure in 3-month injection KB participants in the Saptarini PBM sub-district of Malang district, the value of p-value (Asymp. Sig-tailed) was 0.00, which was less than the research critical limit of 0.05, so the hypothesis decision refused H0 to accept Hɑ, namely there is the effect of rosella flower tea (Hibiscus sabdariffa Linn) on the reduction of blood pressure in injection contraceptive participants 3 months in PBM Saptarini subdistrict wagir Malang district.
