Abstract

ABSTRAK Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan proses untuk mempengaruhi dan mengarahkan orang lain agar mereka memiliki motivasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam situasi tertentu. Kepemimpinan yang baik di pelayanan keperawatan akan menyebabkan timbulnya motivasi kerja perawat yang bermutu dan pasien mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik, produktivitas kerja menurun akibat motivasi kerja perawat yang rendah. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survei analitik korelasional. dengan metode cross sectional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hampir setengahnya menilai gaya kepemimpinan otoriter sebanyak 14 responden (41,2%) dan sebagian kecil menilai gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif sebanyak 4 responden (11,8%). Hasil motivasi kerja didapatkan bahwa responden setengahnya memiliki motivasi kerja tinggi dan rendah masing-masing memiliki presentase 50%. Hasil uji didapatkan nilai p = 0,00 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 (p<0,05), Ha diterima atau Ho ditolak yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruang dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSIA Puri Bunda Malang dengan nilai korelasi Lambda sebesar 0,647 yang menunjukkan tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Diharapkan bagi manajemen rumah sakit agar melakukan evaluasi kembali terhadap pemenuhan faktor-faktor pendukung motivasi kerja perawat sehingga dapat mempertahankan ataupun meningkatkan motivasi kerja perawat. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kepala Ruang, Perawat ABSTRACT Leadership style is an art and process to influence and direct other people therefore they have the motivation to achieve goals to be achieved in certain situations. Good leadership in nursing services will lead to the emergence of quality work motivation from nurses and patients get good service, work productivity decreases due to low nurse work motivation. The research design used in this study used correlational analytic surveys with cross sectional method. This research is a quantitative research The results showed that almost half of them rated the otoriter leadership style as many as 14 respondents (41.2%) and a small number rated the head of space with a participatory leadership style 4 respondents (11.8%). The results of work motivation found that half of the respondents had high and low work motivation, each of which had a percentage of 50%. The test results obtained a value of p = 0.00 smaller than α = 0.05 (p <0.05), Ha was accepted or Ho was rejected, which means that there is a significant relationship between ward head leadership style and nurses work motivation in inpatient ward of RSIA Puri Bunda Malang with Lambda correlation value of 0.647 which indicates a strong level of relationship. It is expected for hospital management to re-evaluate the fulfillment of the supporting factors of work motivation so that it can increase the motivation of working nurses.
