Abstract
ABSTRAK Masa nifas merupakan awal permulaan laktasi, yang semestinya bayi baru lahir sudah dapat menyusu pada ibunya. Akan tetapi, masalah yang sering timbul pada masa post partum yaitu ketidaklancaran ASI. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh rolling massage punggung terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu post partum primipara di PMB Ike Sri Mei S.ST Kecamatan Bululawang Kabupaten Malang. Desain yang digunakan yaitu Pre Eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan (One Group Pretest Posttest). Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 8 responden diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi, uji analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 7 ibu post partum yang diberikan rolling massage punggung mengalami kelancaran ASI dengan kriteria baik, sedangkan 1 ibu post partum lainnya mengalami kelancaran produksi ASI dengan kriteria sedang. Hasil analisis dengan uji Wilcoxon dengan ρ=0,007 yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian rolling massage punggung terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI. Dengan itu, teknik rolling massage punggung dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI. Kata Kunci : Produksi ASI (Air Susu Ibu), Rolling Massage Punggung, Ibu Post Partum. ABSTRACT The puerperium is the beginning of lactation, which a newborn baby should be able to suckle on his mother. However, the problem that often arises during the post partum period is the inability of breast milk. Therefore, the researchers conducted a study to determine the effect of back rolling massage on increasing breast milk production in postpartum primipara mothers at Ike Sri Mei PMB S.ST Bululawang Subdistrict, Malang Regency. The design used is Pre Experiment using a design (One Group Pretest Posttest). The sample of this study was 8 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Retrieval of data using interview and observation techniques, test data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of the study of 7 post partum mothers who were given back rolling massage experienced smooth ASI with good criteria, while 1 other post partum mothers experienced smooth ASI production with moderate criteria. The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon test with ρ = 0.007, which means that there is an effect of giving back massage to the increase in milk production. With that, back rolling massage techniques can be used as an alternative to increase milk production. Keywords: Breastmilk Production, Back Rolling Massage, Postpartum Mothers
