Abstract
ABSTRAK Dermatitis atopik merupakan masalah kesehatan utama di seluruh dunia. Pengobatan dermatitis atopik diantaranya mengeliminasi faktor pencetus dan pengobatan. Sementara itu, banyak sekali bayi yang menderita dermatitis atopik menggunakan bedak bayi. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan bedak bayi dengan kejadian dermatitis atopik bayi di Posyandu Krisna dan Bima Desa Randugading Kecamatan Tajinan Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan desain analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 44 responden diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara, uji analisis data ini Chi-Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan 29 bayi yang menggunakan bedak bayi paling banyak mengalami dermatitis sedang dan berat, sedangkan 15 lainnya yang tidak menggunakan bedak bayi paling banyak mengalami dermatitis atopik ringan. Hasil analisis dengan uji Chi-Square dengan p=0,001 yang artinya ada hubungan kejadian dermatitis atopik dengan penggunaan bedak bayi. Diharapkan ibu dapat menghentikan penggunaan bedak bayi pada bayinya yang mengalami dermatitis atopik. Kata kunci: bedak bayi, bayi, dan dermatitis atopik ABSTRACT Atopic dermatitis is a major health problem throughout the world. Treatment of atopic dermatitis includes eliminating trigger factors and treatment. Meanwhile, many babies who suffer from atopic dermatitis use baby powder. Therefore, the authors conducted a study to determine the relationship of the use of baby powder with the incidence of infant atopic dermatitis at Posyandu Krisna dan Bima Desa Randugading Kecamatan Tajinan Kabupaten Malang. In this scientific paper the method used is quantitative research and uses correlational analytic design with cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was 44 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Retrieval of data using observation and interviews, test this data analysis Chi-Square. Based on the results of the study, 29 infants with atopic dermatitis used baby powder and 15 others don't use baby powder. The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square test with p=0.001, which means that there is a relationship between the incidence of atopic dermatitis and the use of baby powder. It is hoped that the mother can stop using baby powder in her baby who has atopic dermatitis. Keyword: Baby powder, baby, and atopic dermatitis
