Abstract
ABSTRAK Asupan nutrisi ibu nifas berpengaruh terhadap produksi ASI. Salah satu upaya terapi memperlancar produksi ASI yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi jintan hitam dari 100 gram jintan hitam gizi vitamin A sebanyak 1.270 SI. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi Jintan Hitam (Nigella Sativa L.) Terhadap Produksi ASI Pada Ibu Nifas Primipara Hari Ke 2-5 Di PMB Agnes Ernawati S.Tr Keb, Desa Ketawang Kecamatan Gondanglegi, Kabupaten Malang. Desain penelitian menggunakan Pre eksperimen dengan pendekatan One group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 8 orang dan hasil penelitian 8 orang produksi baik. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p < 0,05 (0,009) dengan demikian disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pemberian terapi Jintan Hitam (Nigella Sativa L.) Terhadap Produksi ASI Pada Ibu Nifas Primipara Hari Ke 2-5 Di PMB Agnes Ernawati S.Tr Keb, Desa Ketawang Kecamatan Gondanglegi, Kabupaten Malang. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu masyarakat terutama ibu nifas untuk memperlancar produksi ASI dengan mengkonsumsi jintan hitam. Kata Kunci : Jintan Hitam, Produksi ASI ABSTRACT Nutrition for postpartum mothers has an effect on breast milk production. One of the therapeutic efforts to facilitate breast milk production is by consuming 100 grams of black cumin, there are 1,270 SI of vitamin A nutritional content. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the treatment of Black Cumin (Nigella Sativa L.) on Breast Milk Production in Nifas Primipara's Mother Day 2-5 in PMB Agnes Ernawati S. Tr Keb, Ketawang District Gondanglegi. The study design used Pre experiment with One group Pretest-Posttest Design approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 8 people and the results of the research were 8 good production people. Data analysis using Wilcoxon. The value of α <0,05 (0,009), thus it was concluded that. It was concluded that there was an effect of the treatment of Black Cumin (Nigella Sativa L.) on Breast Milk Production in Nifas Primipara's Mother's Day 2-5 at PMB Agnes Ernawati S.Tr Keb, Ketawang, Gondanglegi District. It is expected that the results of this study can help the community, especially postpartum mothers, to facilitate the production of breast milk by consuming black cumin.
