Abstract
ABSTRAK Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah suatu kondisi medis dimana seseorang mengalami peningkatan darah secara kronis (dalam waktu yang lama) yang mengakibatkan angka kesakitan dan angka kematian. Hipertensi dapat diatasi dengan pemberian kukusan Labu siam. Efektifitas labu siam dalam penurunan tekanan arah sistolik pada kelompok perlakuan dipengaruhi oleh kandungan kalium, pada labu siam. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pemberian Kukusan Labu Siam Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III Dengan Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Tajinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan One Group Pretest Posttest. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 10 responden sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan porposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan SOP, lembar Observasi dan Lembar Wawancara. Hasil penelitian Menggunakan Uji Analisis Wilcoxson dan analisis didapatkan nilai signifikan sebesar p= 0,004 (p < 0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian kukusan labu siam terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan hipertensi. Peneliti menyarankan kepada subjek penelitian yang mengalami hipertensi dapat melakukan terapi kukusan labu siam untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. Kata kunci : kehamilan, hipertensi, labu siam ABSTRACT Hypertension or high blood pressure is a medical condition where a person experiences a chronic increase in blood (for a long time) which results in morbidity and mortality. Hypertension can be overcome by giving pumpkin siam steaming. The effectiveness of chayote in decreasing systolic direction pressure in the treatment group is influenced by the content of potassium in chayote. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of giving Pumpkin Cucumber Steam on Decreasing Blood Pressure in Trimester III Pregnant Women With Hypertension at Tajinan Health Center. This study uses the One Group Pretest Posttest approach. The sample in this study was 10 respondents according to the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection uses SOP, Observation sheets and Interview Sheets. The results of the study used the Wilcoxson Analysis Test and the analysis found a significant value of p = 0.004 (p <0.05) which means that there is an effect of giving pumpkin steamed to decrease blood pressure in third trimester pregnant women with hypertension. Researchers suggested that subjects with hypertension be able to do chayote steaming therapy to reduce blood pressure. Keywords: Pregnancy, Hypertension, pumpkin steamed siam
