Abstract
ABSTRAK Penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik DMPA ternyata menimbulkan efek samping diantaranya amenorrea sekunder berdampak pada kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan amenorrea sekunder dengan kecemasan pada akseptor kontrasepsi suntik DMPA di Klinik Delia Husada Pagelaran. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Desain Analitik/Korelasi dengan rancangan Retrospektif, dengan populasi 30, dan dilakukan sampling dengan purposive sampling menghasilkan 27 responden yang kemudian menggunakan instrument lembar kuesiner dan diuji dengan fisher exact. Dari 27 akseptor terdapat 16 akseptor mengalami amenorrea dan 15 akseptor yang mengalami kecemasan. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan nilai p-value (Asymp. Sig-tailed) sebesar 0,707 dimana lebih dari batas kritis penelitian 0,05 sehingga keputusan hipotesis menolak Ha menerima H0. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara amenorrea sekunder dengan kecemasan pada akseptor kontrasepsi suntik DMPA di Klinik Delia Husada Sidorejo Kecamatan Pagelaran. Pemberian informasi yang tepat tentang efek samping kontrasepsi suntik DMPA bisa mengurangi terjadinya kecemasan pada akseptor. This study aims to determine the relationship of secondary amenorrea with anxiety in DMPA injection contraceptive acceptors at the Clinic Delia Husada Pagelaran, In this study using Analytical Design / Correlation with Retrospective design, with a population of 30, and sampling with purposive sampling resulted in 27 respondents who then used questionnaire sheet instruments and tested with fisher exact. Based on the test results obtained p-value (Asymp. Sig-tailed) of 0.707 which is more than the research critical limit of 0.05 so the hypothesis decision refused Ha to accept H0. Which there is no relationship between secondary Amenorrea and anxiety in DMPA injection contraceptive acceptors at Clinic Delia Husada Pagelaran. Providing appropriate information about the side effects of DMPA injection contraception can reduce the occurrence of anxiety in acceptors.
