Abstract

ABSTRAK Hipertensi gestasional adalah kenaikan tekanan darah yang terjadi setelah 20 minggu kehamilan pada wanita yang tekanan darahnya normal sebelum hamil. Dapat dicegah dengan pemberian jus belimbing wuluh sebanyak 200 ml selama 7 hari. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Belimbing Wuluh Terhadap Perubahan Tekanan Darah. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimen dengan pendekatan One Group Pretest Posttest. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 12 responden sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar SPO, lembar observasi dan lembar wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini 10 responden mengalami penurunan tekanan darah dan 2 responden tidak mengalami penurunan tekanan darah. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan Uji Analisis Wilcoxson dengan nilai signifikan 0,004 (p<0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian jus belimbing wuluh terhadap perubahan tekanan darah. Disimpulkan terdapat Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Belimbing Wuluh Terhadap Perubahan Tekanan Darah. Disarankan untuk ibu hamil trimester III mengkonsumsi jus belimbing wuluh sebagai upaya pencegahan kenaikan tekanan darah. Can be prevented by giving 200 ml starfruit juice for 7 days. The aim is to determine the effect of giving star fruit juice on changes in blood pressure. The design used in this study was a pre-experiment with the One Group Pretest Posttest approach. The sample of this study was 12 respondents according to the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection uses SPO sheets, observation sheets and interview sheets. The results of this study 10 respondents experienced a decrease in blood pressure and 2 respondents did not experience a decrease in blood pressure. The results of the study were analyzed using the Wilcoxson Analysis Test with a significant value of 0.004 (p <0.05) which means that there is an effect of giving starfruit juice to changes in blood pressure. It was concluded that there was the effect of giving star fruit juice to changes in blood pressure. It is recommended for trimester III pregnant women to consume starfruit juice as an effort to prevent an increase in blood pressure.
