Abstract
ABSTRAK Ibu pasca persalinan harus menghadapi proses penyembuhan pada jahitan di tempat jalan lahir.Luka perineum dapat disembuhkan dengan cara Farmakologi (metronidazole, dan antibiotik) dan Non Farmakologi dengan pemberian rebusan daun belimbing wuluh. Belimbing wuluh (averrhoa belimbi Linn) merupakan satu dari sekian banyak tanaman yang digunakan sifat fungsionalitasnya dalam menjaga kesehatan manusia dan sebagai obat untuk mengatasi berbagai penyakit.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasy Eksperimental Design dengan rancangan non-equivalen group disegn. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 responden yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner, Berdasarkan hasil uji wilcoxon didapatkan value (0,000) luka sembuh sedang kelompok perlakuan 4 orang, kelompok intervensi 7 orang dan luka sembuh baik 6 orang, kelompok intervensi 3 orang. Sedangkan 10 responden tidak mengalami perubahan. Peneliti menyarankan kepada subyek penelitian yang mengalami luka perineum dapat melakukan terapi rebusan daun belimbing wuluh untuk mengurangi luka perineum. Kata kunci : luka perineum, episiotomi, daun belimbing wuluh ABSTRACT Postpartum mothers must face the healing process in sutures at the birth canal site. Perineal wounds can be cured by pharmacology (metronidazole, and antibiotics) and non-pharmacology by giving decoction of leaf of star fruit. WuluhBelimbing (averrhoabelimbi Linn) is one of the many plants that are used in the nature of its functionality in maintaining human health and as a drug to treat various diseases. The research design used is Quasy Experimental Design with a non-equivalent group design. The sample used in this study amounted to 20 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Data retrieval was done using observation and questionnaires. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test obtained ρ value (0,000) healed wounds while the treatment group 4 people, intervention group 7 people and healed wounds both 6 people, intervention group 3 people. While 10 respondents did not experience change. Researchers suggested that research subjects who had perineal wounds be able to treat decoction of wuluhstarfruit leaves to reduce perineal wounds.
