Abstract
ABSTRAK Kontrasepsi adalah upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya kehamilan. Efek samping pada pengguna kontrasepsi hormonal antara lain adalah gangguan haid, permasalahan berat badan, terlambatnya kembali kesuburan, penurunan libidi, sakit kepala. Tujuan penelitian ini menggetahui penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal terhadap efek samping kontrasepsi hormonal pada ibu usia subur di Desa Sumberayu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif, populasi yaitu seluruh ibu usia subur yang menggunakan kontrasepsi hormonal, sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu sejumlah 45 responden. Analisis data menggunakan univariat dan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar efek samping ringan sebanyak 23 orang (51,1%) dan hampir setengahnya mengalami efek samping sedang sebanyak 22 orang (48,9%) dengan tanda yang muncul paling banyak adalah efek samping pertambahan berat badan. Melihat hasil penelitian ini diharapkan ibu usia subur dapat memahami efek samping penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal. Kata kunci : Efek samping, kontrasepsi hormonal ABSTRACT Contraception is an attempt to prevent pregnancy. Side effects on hormonal contraceptive users include menstrual disorders, weight problems, late fertility, decreased libido, headaches. The purpose of this study is to know the use of hormonal contraceptives on the side effects of hormonal contraception on the mother of childbearing age in Sumberayu Village. This study used descriptive, population that is all mother of childbearing age which use hormonal contraception, sample is selected by using total sampling technique that is 45 respondents. Data analysis using univariat and research instrument using questionnaire. The results showed most of the mild side effects as many as 23 people (51.1%) and almost half experienced 22 side effects (48,9%) with the sign that appears most are the side effects of weight gain. Looking at the results of this study is expected to fertile-age mothers can understand the side effects of hormonal contraceptive use. Keywords: Side effects, hormonal contraceptives
