Abstract
ABSTRAK CVA (cerebrovaskuler accident) adalah kerusakan jaringan otak yang di sebabkan karena berkurangnya atau terhentinya suplai darah secara tiba-tiba. CVA merupakan penyakit gawat darurat dan membutuhkan pertolongan cepat.. Kejadian CVA berulang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah merokok. Oleh karena itu dalam menekan angka CVA berulang hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah mengetahui faktor resiko dan melakukan upaya-upaya, baik dalam memodifikasi gaya hidup, menjalani terapi yang diperlukan dan yang tidak kalah penting adalah melakukan pemeriksaan yang dapat memberikan informasi optimal faktor risiko yang dimiliki seseorang untuk terjadinya CVA ataupun CVA berulang. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisa hubungan perilaku merokok dengan serangan ulang CVA. Desain penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode korelasi. Populasinya adalah semua pasien laki-laki CVA berulang di ruang Unit CVA sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah consecutive sampling dan jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 25 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan Kuisioner. Uji Statistik menggunakan Lambda. Pengumpulan data pada bulan Mei 2018 di Unit Stroke RS dr.Soepraoen Malang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan perilaku sedang hampir setengahnya (56,0%) dengan serangan CVA ke 2. Sedangkan serangan ulang CVA ke 2 sebagian besar (52,0%) dengan perilaku sedang. Ada hubungan perilaku merokok dengan serrangan ulang CVA di Unit Stroke RS dr. Soepraoen Malang dengan nilai ρ value 0,02. Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka perlu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran diri tentang bahaya merokok pada pasien CVA berulang di Unit Stroke sehingga responden dapat memahami tentang bahaya merokok. Recurrent CVA events are affected by several factors, one of which is smoking. Therefore In pressing the CVA numbers repeated things to note is to know the risk factors and make efforts, both in modifying the lifestyle, undergoing the necessary therapy and no less important is to conduct an examination that can provide optimal information risk factors owned by someone for recurring CVA or CVA. The purpose of this study was to analyze the association of smoking behavior with CVA re-attack. The research design used is correlation method. The population is all CVA male patients repeated in the CVA Unit room as many as 30 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is consecutive sampling and the number of samples are 25 respondents. The instrument of this study was taken by using Questionnaire. Test Statistics using Lambda. Data collection in May 2018 in Stroke Unit RS dr. Soepraoen Malang. The results showed moderate behavior of almost half (56.0%) with CVA attacks to 2. While the second CVA reset mostly (52.0%) with moderate behavior. There is a correlation between smoking behavior and CVA refraction in Stroke Unit RS dr.Soepraoen Malang with ρ value 0,02. Looking at the results of this study it is necessary to raise selfawareness about the dangers of smoking in CVA patients recurring in the Stroke Unit so that respondents can understand about the dangers of smoking.
